Well i have to say that cross country mountain biking is my preferred type of cardio. Full body Strength, fat burning , calorie crushing , sweat pouring intensity. WHile it can get a bit expensive to have a nice ride, its highly worth it. it makes it much more enjoyable when your comfortable. This morning my Friend Matt Johnson and i went for what is turning into our once to twice weekly bike ride. Its always great when you have a partner in crime during this activity because you can get quite hurt if your not careful. ( or even very careful as i usually happen to be)

- England Idlewild park in Burlington Ky
- East Fork Lake in Bethel/tate, whatever area of OH. lol
- Tower park in Ft Thomas Ky ( scratch that ill never go there again…)
- DEVOU PARK in Kenton Co KY. this will e one of the best muslti use trails in the Greater Cincy area when its done. Special Thanks to Chad Irey for pushing this project into fruition. more on this later…
- Around LAtonia Ky for quick cardio and great sociological benefits……
- Versailles IN
- Brown Co, IN BEST PLACE IVE BEEN TO. about 2.5 hours from cincy. great day trip.
I have to be upfront and tell people this is where i got my legs for bodybuilding !
