actually it is called shoulder slaughter and has 5 levels to it so far.   progression and degree of difficulty.  larger muscle come from lifting heavier weight more reps .  im not talking 50 pound presses 400 times but 90-100 for 15-20.    hmmm sound like a bit of DC rep schemes?    also i train to failure [...]
